Owner and Professional plans, the 14-day free trial, and how checkout works.
Two monthly plans for individuals, Owner and Professional. Both start with a 14-day free trial and are paid through Stripe. Veterinary practices have a third plan, Provider, covered at the end of this page.
Owner, $4.99 per month

For a single licensed veterinarian or veterinary nutrition professional.

Professional also lists printable formulation reports. Those are coming soon; they are not in the app yet.
How checkout works
Start free trial takes you to Stripe's checkout page. You enter a card there; Stripe holds it and charges it when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Promotion codes are entered on the Stripe page.
When Stripe sends you back, the billing page says your subscription is being activated. It updates within a few seconds, once Stripe has told us.
Things that look wrong and are not
- No trial on your second subscription. The free trial is once per account. If you have subscribed before (and cancelled), checkout starts billing straight away, even though the button still says "Start free trial".
- Checkout sends you to sign in. You need an account first so the subscription has somewhere to attach. Sign in and press the button again.
- "Checkout was cancelled." You left the Stripe page without paying. Nothing was charged.
Changing plan later
Upgrade, downgrade and cancel from Billing, through the Stripe customer portal.
Provider, $1,500 per month (veterinary practices)
One subscription for a whole practice: unlimited client animals, therapeutic mode and everything in Professional, shared by everyone the practice invites. The practice pays, not a person, and there is normally no free trial. Set up your practice first; you then subscribe it from its Practice page, or ask us to invoice it. See Setting up a practice.
