Setting up a practice
Register a veterinary practice for the Provider plan; you become its first admin.
The Provider plan belongs to a practice, not to a person. Setting one up is the first step; paying for it is the second.
What to enter
- Legal entity name (required): the registered name, e.g. "Paws Veterinary Services LLC". Invoices are made out to it.
- Practice name (optional): the name your team and clients know, if different. It is what the app shows.
- Address and phone (optional).
What happens next
You become the practice's admin and land on its Practice page. Nothing is charged yet. From there you subscribe the practice to Provider ($1,500 per month) through Stripe, or ask us to invoice it instead, and then invite your team.
Things that look wrong and are not
- The practice exists but you cannot add animals. A practice is read-only until its subscription is active. Subscribe on the Practice page.
- Your own animals are not in the practice. Your personal account stays separate and private; the header switch chooses which one you are working in.
