What we collect
- Account details you give us: name, email, account type, practice name, country, postal code and phone.
- If you sign in with Google, Microsoft or Facebook: your name and email from that provider. We never see your password.
- Animal profiles and recipes you create.
- Product usage events (for example, “recipe saved”) so we can improve Compass Diet.
- Billing is handled by Stripe; we store only your Stripe customer reference and plan status, never card numbers.
Who can see it
You. Our support staff can view account details to help you, and every staff change to your account is recorded in an audit log.
